A- Ishwar ke saamne jo vachan liya hai,bayda wo pratigyan ki hai wo kisi bhi haalat me nibhana hai.Yah khabardari rakhna bahut zaroori hai.Kabhi bhi Baap ka banne ke baad keechak ban oolte karm nahi karna.Agar oolta karm kiya to dharmraj poora-poora hisaab lenge.Manmat wa Parmat par nahi chalna,har kadam par Shrimat yaad rahe.

1) Baap se jo pratigyan ki hai us par kayam rehna hai.Kabhi bhi jaban de badalna nahi hai.Bahut-bahut khabardar rehna hai._
2)Apna aur dusro ka gyan shringar karna hai.Kabhi bhi deha-abhimaani ban sakar sarir me na fanshna hai,na kisi ko fanshna hai.

Sweet children, do not become someone who defames the name of the clan for any reason. Even if the most difficult situation arises, don’t let go of your religion. Always remember the promise you made to the Father.
 
Question:What precaution must you children take at every step?
Answer:
No matter what the circumstances are, you definitely have to fulfil the promise you made to the Father. It is essential to take this precaution. After belonging to the Father, do not become a Kichak (one with impure vision) and perform wrong actions. If you perform any wrong action, Dharamraj will take full account of that. Do not follow the dictates of your own mind or of others. Remember shrimat at every step.

God Shiva speaks to His saligram children. Souls are called saligrams. You children know that our Supreme Father is the Supreme Soul, whose name is incorporeal Shiva. Businessmen call a dot Shiva. Baba has explained to you that a soul is also a dot that resides in the centre of the forehead. A wonderful star shines in the centre of the forehead. This refers to the soul. You first have to have this faith: Truly our incorporeal Baba, Shiva, is teaching us. Our Father is Shiva. I am a soul. Even if you say Rudra, He is incorporeal. It is just a different name, but it refers to the same One. He is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, the One who resides beyond, the Seed of the human world tree. He is the Father of all souls. The incorporeal soul speaks through the corporeal body. When you children are personally sitting in front of Baba, you become intoxicated that Shiv Baba truly is teaching you. Baba doesn't have a body of His own. Each soul has a name for his body. The Supreme Soul only has one name. The Father explains: I am incorporeal Shiva. In order to take birth in the human world like you children, I adopt a body. All of you are corporeal whereas it is only at this time that I become corporeal. It is only now that I enter this one and teach you. This one's soul and you souls listen. Only when you imbibe this very well can you have love for the Father. However, your faces show that no one has that much love. Baba says: Your faces should blossom. For instance, when a kumari puts on her jewellery etc. and goes to meet her husband-to-be, her face blossoms. You children are being decorated with knowledge, so the mercury of your happiness should rise. Baba does not trap you in any type of corporeal form. All others are body conscious and they continue to trap you in their corporeal bodies. Here, the Father says: Remember Me, the incorporeal Father. O beloved children, o souls, I, the Supreme Soul, teach you through this body of Brahma. How else would I teach you? I definitely need a body to purify you. This is fixed in the drama. I cannot come here without a body. When they invoke a soul, they feed a brahmin priest. Nothing happens to the brahmin person. The soul speaks and relates his news. All of that happens according to the drama. Whatever is fixed in the drama is related. That is called a departed spirit. That soul is called a departed spirit that has shed a body and taken another. You children now know that Baba is the Ocean of Knowledge. It is not a question of an ocean of water. People have come into body consciousness and become so ugly. You are now once again becoming soul conscious and becoming beautiful. The soul continues to become pure. To the extent that you remember Baba, accordingly your sins will be burnt away. By having this yoga, your sins will be absolved. You know how much effort Mama and Baba must be making and yet they too have to settle the suffering of karma. There is the burden of many births still remaining on your head. Those karmic accounts have to be settled by the end, numberwise, according to the effort you make. You children know that there is the rosary of Rudra. There is the rosary of eight, the rosary of 108 and also the rosary of 16,108. There are countless subjects. All of them are part of the rosary of Rudra. All the souls of the whole world are part of the rosary of Rudra. All are the children of the Father. The whole genealogical tree continues to be created. People have a big genealogical tree and then that becomes their surname. This is the rosary of Shri Shri Shiv Baba. The Father says: Become soul conscious and remember the Father all the time. If you consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father, your sins will be burnt away. Otherwise, there will have to be a lot of punishment. The Father repeatedly tells you: Children, don't forget Me. However, Maya makes you forget. The Father says: Children, keep your charts: For how long do I remember Shiv Baba? Start by remembering Baba for half an hour and then develop that practice. Create such a stage that, at the end, you only remember Baba. Only those who stay in such remembrance become the eight jewels of the rosary of victory. This requires effort. To the extent that someone does something, accordingly, he will receive the reward of it. Sannyasis leave their homes and go away and then come back and stay in palaces. In fact, that isn't the law. You receive a lot of happiness there. The Father embraces you and gives you a lot of love: Sweet child, you wish to become the wealthiest of all, and so make such effort for the future.However, the prosperity of the present time is all going to turn to dust. Some people's wealth will remain buried in the dust. When accidents take place, there are fires. When aeroplanes crash, thieves come and loot everything and run away. Many will die through all the bombs etc. that have been created now. The things that happened at this time were remembered later. All the millionaires etc. are going to be destroyed. America is so wealthy. In this land of death, it is as though America is heaven. However, it is like a mirage. You know and those people themselves know that death is just ahead. There definitely must be God. The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, definitely comes to carry out the tasks of establishment and destruction. He is Karankaravanhar. He carries out establishment through Brahma. You are now sitting here. Only you children are called Brahmins. You receive your inheritance from your Grandfather. Shrimat has been remembered as the most elevated and so you have to follow it; you have to become deities. The Father says: At this time, each one is a Duryodhan or a Draupadi. It is related in a story that when Draupadi stayed in someone's home, Kichak (one with impure vision) chased after her. In fact, all are Draupadis. Kumaris and mothers are all Draupadis. When kumaris go on service, Kichaks chase them. It is written that Bhima then killed Kichak. Kichak means someone who is very dirty, someone who chases others. Therefore, the Father comes and saves the Draupadis from being stripped. Kumaris have to look after themselves very well. The stories of Kichak etc. are of this time. You have to be very cautious. If someone comes to the Father and then becomes like Kichak, you can't tell what Dharamraj would do. You children have been given visions of that. They experience a lot of punishment. Baba was once asked about this and Baba replied: If that one is granted a vision, he definitely has to tolerate it. In this way, the past karmic accounts will be reduced. Baba doesn't keep anything of anyone. The Father explains: Do not become Kichak or Duryodhan. There are so many names of devils, such as Kans, Jarasandh, Shishupal etc. Kans means those who are vicious; they harass the kumaris a lot. You have now become Brahmins, children of the Father, in order to become deities. So, don't defame the Brahmin clan. If you cause defamation, you will become someone who defames the name of the clan. You mustn't even look at the face of someone who defames the name of the clan. No one is as sinful as such souls. Here, children even divorce the unlimited Father who comes and makes you into the masters of the world. Such souls are called sinners like Ajamil. However, even sinful souls like Ajamil have to be uplifted. They experience punishment and suffer a great deal. Souls feel a lot of sorrow. They divorce the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, the unlimited Father. There is no soul as sinful as such souls. The world is very dirty. You have to be very cautious. When you first stayed in the bhatthi, the mother and Father had to take such great care of you. Maya is very powerful. This is why Baba says: Children, do you have enough power to remain pure and claim your inheritance from the Father? Your intellect says: I have become Baba's child and so I would not defame the Father's name after becoming His child, would I? The Father says: I come and make so much effort to purify you children. I enter an impure body in the impure world. Nevertheless, if you defame Me, then remember that there will have to be severe punishment. Here, there is a lot of attainment. You are becoming the masters of heaven. However if, while moving along, you let go of the Father's hand you will be completely turned to dust. Maya catches hold of the noses of even those who used to live with the Father personally. This is why you have to remain very cautious. If, after belonging to the Father and making a promise to Him, you don't remain pure, there will have to be severe punishment. Having made a promise to God, you have to fulfil that promise. It is only at this time that you make a promise to God. Shiv Baba says: Promise that you will become pure and make Bharat into heaven. If you break your promise, everything ends. No matter what the circumstance are, even if the most difficult situation comes in front of you, you must never let go of your religion. Even if you die, you mustn't break this promise. Sometimes, some make a promise and then turn away from it. You now give your word to the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. If, after giving your word, you turn away from it, there will have to be a lot of punishment through Dharamraj. It is the Father who gives you the fruit. He enables you to receive the fruit of the donations you have made and the charity you have performed and also enables you receive punishment for your sins. He is Karankaravanhar and so you children have to remain very cautious. You are sitting here personally. The swans outside have to live with storks. The Father says: While living at home with your family and seeing your maternal and paternal uncles, only remember the one Father. This is not a common spiritual gathering where many people come and gather together. Christians convert so many into Christians with just one lecture. It cannot be like that here. Here, you have to die alive. You have to follow shrimat. You have to renounce body consciousness and consider yourselves to be souls. Souls have remained separated from the Supreme Soul for a long time. You have now found that Satguru in the form of an agent. He says: Remember Me, your Father, and your boat will go across. If you let go of My hand, everything is over. You then become greatly sinful souls. If you want to see such greatly sinful souls, see them here. The Father says: You children mustn’t become impure like that. Become charitable souls! You can only be saved from committing sin when you stay in yoga. You have to be cautious in boxing. Otherwise, Maya will punch you in the back. To conquer Maya is not like going to your aunty’s home! Your renunciation is satopradhan. You children have to be very cautious. When you follow the dictates of others, you die. You then write to Baba: Baba, tell Maya to have mercy on us! Tell her not to harass us so much! Baba says: No! I will now order Maya to create a lot of storms and make mountains of sorrow and sins fall. Catch hold of them by their noses and really shake them up! See whether they are worthy of heaven. He will not say: Have mercy and give them blessings. Does a teacher in a school have mercy on students? They have to study. This is knowledge. There is no question of blind faith. This is not a common spiritual gathering. This is God’s spiritual gathering. Achcha.
 
To all the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, numberwise love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, Father, BapDada. The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

1. Keep the promise you made to the Father.Do not turn away from the word you have given.Remain very, very cautious.
2. Decorate yourself and others with knowledge. Never become body conscious or trapped in a corporeal form or trap others.
 
Blessing:May you be an embodiment of remembrance and an embodiment of power and constantly remain safe by experiencing yourself to be full at every second.
Constantly keep yourself filled with all the treasures you have received from the BapDada at the confluence age. The fuller you are, the less fluctuation there will be. Nothing else can be put into something that is full. You cannot say that you do not have the power to tolerate or the power of peace, that there is a little anger or force. Any enemy forces himself on you when there is carelessness or you haven’t applied the double lock. Put on the double lock of remembrance and service, be an embodiment of remembrance and you will become powerful and constantly be safe.

"मीठे बच्चे - किसी भी कारण से कुल कलंकित नहीं बनना है, धरत परिये धर्म न छोड़िये, बाप से किया हुआ वचन सदा याद रहे"
 
प्रश्नः-बच्चों को कौन-सी खबरदारी हर क़दम पर रखना बहुत जरूरी है?
उत्तर:-ईश्वर के सामने जो वचन लिया है, वायदा व प्रतिज्ञा की है वह किसी भी हालत में निभाना है। यह खबरदारी रखना बहुत जरूरी है। कभी भी बाप का बनने के बाद कीचक बन उल्टे कर्म नहीं करना। अगर उल्टा कर्म किया तो धर्मराज पूरा-पूरा हिसाब लेंगे। मनमत वा परमत पर नहीं चलना, हर कदम पर श्रीमत याद रहे।

शिव भगवानुवाच अपने बच्चों सालिग्रामों प्रति। सालिग्राम आत्मा को कहा जाता है। बच्चे जानते हैं हमारा परमपिता परमात्मा है, जिसका नाम निराकार शिव ही है। व्यापारी लोग शिव डॉट (बिन्दु) को कहते हैं। बाबा ने समझाया है आत्मा भी डॉट (बिन्दु) है, जो भृकुटी के बीच में रहती है। चमकता है अजब सितारा। यह आत्मा की बात है। यह तो पहले निश्चय करना है। बरोबर हमारा निराकार बाबा शिव हमको पढ़ाते हैं। हमारा बाप शिव है। अहम् आत्मा हैं। रूद्र कहें तो भी निराकार है। सिर्फ नाम अलग है, चीज़ एक ही है। वह है परमपिता परम आत्मा, परे ते परे रहने वाला मनुष्य सृष्टि का बीजरूप। सर्व आत्माओं का बाप। यह निराकार आत्मा बोलती है साकार शरीर से। तुम बच्चे सम्मुख बैठे हो तो नशा चढ़ता है कि बरोबर शिवबाबा हमको पढ़ाते हैं। बाबा का अपना शरीर नहीं है। बाकी हर एक आत्मा के शरीर का नाम अपना-अपना है। परमात्मा का एक ही नाम है। तो बाप समझाते हैं मैं निराकार शिव हूँ। मैं तुम बच्चों के मुआफिक मनुष्य सृष्टि पर पुनर्जन्म लेने लिए शरीर धारण करता हूँ। तुम सब साकारी हो, मैं साकारी सिर्फ अभी ही बनता हूँ। अभी ही सिर्फ प्रवेश कर पढ़ाता हूँ, इनकी आत्मा और तुम्हारी आत्मा सुनती है। यह अच्छी रीति धारण हो तब बाप के साथ लव हो। परन्तु शक्ल दिखाती है कि इतना लव किसका है नहीं। बाबा कहते ही मुखड़ा खिल जाना चाहिए। जैसे कन्या पति के साथ मिलती है, जेवर आदि पहनती है तो मुखड़ा खिल जाता है। तुम बच्चों को ज्ञान श्रृंगार कराया जाता है, तो खुशी का पारा चढ़ जाना चाहिए। बाबा तुम्हें कोई साकार रूप में नहीं फँसाते हैं। और सब तो देह-अभिमानी, अपने साकार तन में ही फँसाते रहते हैं। यह तो बाप कहते हैं मुझ निराकार बाप को याद करो। हे लाडले बच्चे, हे आत्मायें, मैं परम आत्मा इस ब्रह्मा तन से तुम बच्चों को पढ़ाता हूँ। नहीं तो कैसे पढ़ाऊं। पावन बनाने लिए जरूर शरीर चाहिए। यह ड्रामा में नूँध है। शरीर बिगर तो मैं आ नहीं सकता हूँ। जैसे ब्राह्मणों को खिलाते हैं तो आत्मा को बुलाते हैं। ब्राह्मण को कुछ होता थोड़ेही है। आत्मा बोलती है, समाचार सुनाती है। वह भी होता है ड्रामा अनुसार। ड्रामा में नूँध है, सो सुनाया। उसको पित्र कहा जाता है। सोल को पित्र कहा जाता है, जो एक शरीर छोड़ जाए दूसरा लेती है। अब तुम बच्चे जानते हो बाबा है ज्ञान-सागर। पानी के सागर की कोई बात नहीं।
 
मनुष्य तो देह-अभिमान में आते-आते कितने काले बन गये हैं। अब फिर तुम देही-अभिमानी बन गोरे बनते हो। आत्मा प्योर बनती जाती है। जितना तुम बाबा को याद करेंगे तो इस योग से तुम्हारे विकर्म दग्ध होंगे। पाप नाश होंगे। तुम जानते हो मम्मा बाबा कितनी मेहनत करते होंगे तो भी कर्मभोग तो चुक्तू करना पड़ता है। जन्म-जन्मान्तर का बोझा सिर पर रहा हुआ है। वह अन्त में हिसाब-किताब चुक्तू होना है नम्बरवार पुरुषार्थ अनुसार। बच्चों को पता है रूद्र माला है ना। 8 की भी माला है, 108 और 16108 की भी माला है। प्रजा तो अनगिनत है। है तो रूद्र माला ही ना। सारी दुनिया में जो भी आत्मायें हैं सब रूद्र माला है। बाप के सब बच्चे हैं। सारा सिजरा बनता है ना। मनुष्य बहुत बड़ा सिजरा रखते हैं फिर वह सरनेम पड़ जाता है। यह है श्री श्री शिवबाबा की माला। बाप कहते हैं बच्चे देही-अभिमानी बनकर बाप को पूरा याद करना है। तुम अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करेंगे तो तुम्हारे विकर्म दग्ध होंगे। नहीं तो बहुत डन्डे खाने पड़ेंगे।
 
बाप बार-बार कहते हैं बच्चे भूलो मत, परन्तु फिर भी माया भुला देती है। बाप कहते हैं बच्चे अपने पास चार्ट रखो - कितना समय हम शिवबाबा को याद करते हैं। एक घड़ी याद करना शुरू करो फिर प्रैक्टिस पड़ती जायेगी। ऐसी अवस्था जमाओ जो अन्त में बाबा की याद रहे। ऐसी याद में रहने वाले ही विजय माला के 8 रत्न बनते हैं, मेहनत चाहिए। जितना जो करेंगे सो पायेंगे। सन्यासी लोग तो घरबार छोड़ जाते हैं फिर महलों में आकर बैठते हैं। वास्तव में यह लॉ नहीं है। तुमको तो वहाँ अथाह सुख मिलता है। बाप गले लगाकर पुचकार करते हैं - मीठे बच्चे, तुम चाहते हो हम साहूकार ते साहूकार बनें तो ऐसा पुरुषार्थ करो भविष्य के लिए। बाकी यहाँ की साहूकारी तो मिट्टी में मिल जानी है। किसकी दबी रही धूल में.. एक्सीडेंट होते आग लगती रहती है। एरोप्लेन गिरते हैं तो चोर लोग झट लूट-मार कर सामान चोरी कर भाग जाते हैं। सो अभी तो यह बाम्ब्स आदि बने हैं, इससे तो ढेर के ढेर मरेंगे। यह अभी की बातें फिर गाई हुई हैं। जो भी लखपति आदि हैं सब खत्म हो जायेंगे। अमेरिका कितना साहूकार है। इस मृत्युलोक में अमेरिका जैसे स्वर्ग है। परन्तु रूण्य के पानी मिसल (मृगतृष्णा समान) है। यह तुम जानते हो वह खुद भी समझते हैं मौत तो बेशक सामने खड़ा है। जरूर भगवान भी होगा ना। परमपिता परमात्मा आते ही हैं स्थापना और विनाश का कर्म कराने। करन-करावनहार है ना। ब्रह्मा द्वारा स्थापना.. अब तुम बैठे हो ना। बच्चे ही ब्राह्मण कहलाते हैं। तुम दादे से वर्सा लेते हो। श्रीमत श्रेष्ठ गाई हुई है तो उस पर चलना है। देवता बनना है। बाप कहते हैं इस समय हर एक दुर्योधन और द्रोपदी है। एक कथा में है द्रोपदी किसके घर में रही तो कीचक उनके पिछाड़ी पड़े। द्रोपदियाँ तो वास्तव में सब ठहरी। कुमारी अथवा माता सब द्रोपदियाँ हैं। कन्यायें सर्विस पर जाती हैं तो कीचक पिछाड़ी में पड़ते हैं। फिर लिखा है भीम ने कीचक को मारा। कीचक माना एकदम गन्दे, जो पिछाड़ी पड़ते हैं। तो द्रोपदियों को बाप आकर नंगन होने से बचाते हैं। कन्याओं की तो बहुत सम्भाल करनी पड़ती है। कीचक आदि की अभी की बात है, उनसे बहुत सम्भाल करते रहना है। अगर बाप के पास आये और फिर कीचक बने तो पता नहीं धर्मराज क्या हाल कर देंगे। वह इन बच्चों को साक्षात्कार कराया हुआ है। बहुत सजायें खाते थे। फिर बाबा से पूछा था, बाबा ने कहा साक्षात्कार करायेंगे तो जरूर सहन करना पड़ेगा। इनका हिसाब-किताब उनके पापों से कट जायेगा। बाबा रखता तो किसका भी नहीं है। तो बाप समझाते हैं - कीचक अथवा दुर्योधन नहीं बनो। कंस, जरासंधी, शिशुपाल आदि कितने नाम पड़े हुए हैं। कंस अर्थात् जो विकारी होते हैं। कन्याओं को बहुत सताते हैं।
 
अब तुम बाप के बच्चे ब्राह्मण बने हो, देवता बनने लिए। तो ब्राह्मण कुल को कलंक नहीं लगाना है। कलंक लगायेंगे तो कुल कलंकित बन जायेंगे। कुल कलंकित का तो कभी मुख भी नहीं देखना चाहिए। उन जैसा पाप आत्मा दुनिया में कोई होता नहीं। तो यहाँ बेहद का बाप जो आकर स्वर्ग का मालिक बनाते हैं, उनको भी तलाक दे देते हैं। उनको अजामिल पापी कहा जाता है। परन्तु अजामिल जैसे पापियों का भी उद्धार तो होना ही है। सजायें खाकर बहुत पीड़ित होते हैं। आत्माओं को बड़ा दु:ख होता है। परमपिता परमात्मा बेहद के बाप को फारकती दे देते हैं। इन जैसा पाप आत्मा इस दुनिया में कोई होता नहीं। दुनिया तो बहुत गन्दी है। बड़ी खबरदारी रखनी है। पहले-पहले जब भट्ठी में रहे तो कितनी मात-पिता को सम्भाल करनी पड़ी। माया बड़ी जबरदस्त है इसलिए बाबा कहते हैं बच्चे इतनी ताकत है जो पवित्र रह बाप से वर्सा लो? बुद्धि कहती है - जब हम बच्चे बने हैं तो बच्चे बनकर बाप का नाम बदनाम थोड़ेही करेंगे। बाप कहते हैं मैं आकर तुम बच्चों को पावन बनाने की कितनी मेहनत करता हूँ। पतित दुनिया, पतित शरीर में आता हूँ। फिर भी कलंक लगाया तो याद रखना बहुत कड़ी सजायें खानी पड़ेंगी। यहाँ तो प्राप्ति बहुत है। स्वर्ग का मालिक बनते हो। लेकिन चलते-चलते बाप का हाथ छोड़ा तो एकदम मिट्टी में मिल जायेंगे। सम्मुख रहने वालों को भी माया नाक से पकड़ लेती है, इसीलिए बहुत खबरदार रहना है। बाप का बनकर प्रतिज्ञा कर और फिर पवित्र न रहे तो भी बहुत कड़ी सज़ा खानी पड़ेगी। ईश्वर के साथ वचन कर (प्रतिज्ञा करके) पूरा निभाना है। ईश्वर साथ वचन अथवा प्रतिज्ञा करना यह बात अभी ही होती है। शिवबाबा कहते हैं प्रतिज्ञा करो हम पवित्र बन भारत को स्वर्ग बनायेंगे। अगर प्रतिज्ञा तोड़ी तो खलास। धरत परिये धर्म न छोड़िये। मर जाओ तो भी यह प्रतिज्ञा नहीं तोड़ना। जबान करके फिर बदल जाते हैं ना। अभी तुम जबान करते हो परमपिता परमात्मा के साथ। अगर जबान कर बदल गये तो धर्मराज द्वारा दण्ड बहुत खाना पड़ेगा। फल देने वाला तो बाप है ना। दान-पुण्य का भी फल दिलाते हैं, तो पाप की सजा भी दिलाते हैं। करनकरावनहार है तो तुमको बड़ा खबरदार रहना है। यहाँ तो सम्मुख बैठे हो। बाहर में तो हंस को बगुलों के साथ रहना पड़ता है। बाप कहते हैं गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते काके, मामे, चाचे को देखते एक बाप को ही याद करना है। यह कोई वह कॉमन सतसंग नहीं है, जहाँ ढेर आकर इकट्ठे हो। वह क्रिश्चियन लोग तो एक ही बार लेक्चर में कितने क्रिश्चियन बना लेते हैं। यहाँ ऐसे नहीं हो सकता। यहाँ तो जीते जी मरना पड़ता है। श्रीमत पर चलना पड़ता है। देह-अभिमान छोड़ अपने को आत्मा समझना है। आत्मा-परमात्मा अलग रहे बहुकाल... अब जबकि वह सतगुरू मिला है दलाल के रूप में। कहते हैं मुझ बाप को याद करो तो तुम्हारा बेड़ा पार हो सकता है। हाथ छोड़ा तो खत्म। महान पाप-आत्मा बन जाते हैं। ऐसे महान पापात्मा भी देखने हो तो यहाँ देखो। बाप कहते हैं तुम बच्चे ऐसे पतित नहीं बनना। पुण्य आत्मा बनना। पापों से बचेंगे तब जब योग में रहेंगे। बॉक्सिंग में खबरदारी चाहिए। नहीं तो माया कभी पीठ पर घूँसा मार देगी। माया पर जीत पाना मासी का घर नहीं है। यह है सतोप्रधान सन्यास। तुम बच्चों को बहुत सम्भाल रखनी है। दूसरी मत पर चला यह मरा। बाबा को लिखते हैं - बाबा, माया को कहो हम पर क्षमा करे। बाबा कहते - नहीं, अभी तो माया को हम ऑर्डर करते हैं कि खूब तूफान मचाओ। दु:ख के, विकर्मों के एकदम पहाड़ गिराओ। अच्छी तरह नाक से पकड़कर फथकाओ। देखो, स्वर्ग के लायक है? ऐसे थोड़ेही कहेंगे कृपा करो, आशीर्वाद करो। स्कूल में टीचर किस पर भी कृपा करते हैं क्या? उन्हें तो पढ़ना है। यह नॉलेज है, अन्धश्रद्धा की कोई बात नहीं। यह कोई कॉमन सतसंग नहीं है। यह है ईश्वरीय सतसंग। अच्छा!
 
मात-पिता बापदादा का मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति नम्बरवार पुरुषार्थ अनुसार यादप्यार और गुडमार्निंग। रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते।
 
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :-
1) बाप से जो प्रतिज्ञा की है उस पर कायम रहना है। कभी भी जबान दे बदलना नहीं है। बहुत-बहुत खबरदार रहना है।
2) अपना और दूसरों का ज्ञान श्रृंगार करना है। कभी भी देह-अभिमानी बन साकार शरीर में न फँसना है, न किसी को फँसाना है।
 
वरदान:-हर सेकण्ड स्वयं को भरपूर अनुभव कर सदा सेफ रहने वाले स्मृति सो समर्थ स्वरूप भव|
बापदादा द्वारा संगमयुग पर जो भी खजाने मिले हैं उनसे स्वयं को सदा भरपूर रखो, जितना भरपूर उतना हलचल नहीं, भरपूर चीज़ में दूसरी कोई चीज़ आ नहीं सकती, ऐसे नहीं कह सकते कि सहनशक्ति वा शान्ति की शक्ति नहीं है, थोड़ा क्रोध या आवेश आ जाता है, कोई दुश्मन जबरदस्ती तब आता है जब अलबेलापन है या डबल लाक नहीं है। याद और सेवा का डबल लाक लगा दो, स्मृति स्वरूप रहो तो समर्थ बन सदा ही सेफ रहेंगे।
