Answer:
In order to make your stage elevated, 1) Have the courage to be a conqueror of attachment. 2) Keep your chart of what you talked to Baba about while remembering Him and for how long you remembered Him. 3) You have to be a conqueror of sleep. 4) You have to look after you old body and also forget it. 5) Make your nature divine. Do not be influenced by your nature and thereby harass anyone. 6) Remove all defects and become a pure diamond. 7) Become a fragrant flower that give happiness to everyone.

The spiritual Father who gives the third eye of knowledge sits and explains to you spiritual children. No one apart from the Father can give you the third eye of knowledge. You children have each received the third eye of knowledge. You know that this old world is now to change. The poor helpless people do not know who is going to change it or how because they do not even have the third eye of knowledge. You children have now received the third eye of knowledge with which you now know the beginning, middle and end of the world. This is the saccharine of knowledge. Even one drop of saccharine is so sweet. Similarly, the one word of knowledge is “Manmanabhav”. It is sweeter than everything else. Consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father. The Father is showing you the path to the land of peace and the land of happiness. The Father has come to give you children the inheritance of heaven. So, you children should have so much happiness. It is said: There is no nourishment like happiness. For those who always remain happy and in pleasure, it is as though that is nourishment for them. This is very powerful nourishment to remain in pleasure for 21 births. Continue to serve one another this nourishment. Offer this powerful hospitality to one another. No other human being can offer this type of hospitality to anyone else. You children offer spiritual hospitality to everyone according to shrimat. True welfare is also to give someone the Father’s introduction. Sweet children you know that you are to receive the nourishment of liberation-in-life from the unlimited Father. In the golden age, Bharat was liberated-in-life and pure. The Father is giving you great and elevated nourishment. This is why there is the praise: If you want to know about supersensuous joy, ask the gopes and gopis. This is such first-class wonderful nourishment of knowledge and yoga and only the one spiritual Surgeon has it. No one else even knows about this nourishment. The Father says: Sweet children, I have brought a gift for you on the palm of My hand. Only I keep this gift of liberation and liberation-in-life. Every cycle, I come and give it to you. Then Ravan snatches it away from you. So, the mercury of happiness of you children should rise so high. You know that your one Father is also the Teacher and the true Satguru who will take you with Him. You receive the sovereignty of the world from the most beloved Father. Is this a small thing? So, you should always remain happy. Godly student life is the best. This praise is of this time. Then, in the new world too, you will always be celebrating in happiness. The world doesn’t know when true happiness is celebrated. People don’t have any knowledge of the golden age. So, they continue to celebrate here. However, where can happiness come from in this tamopradhan world? Here, people continue to cry out in distress. This is a world of such sorrow. The Father is showing you children such an easy path. While living at home with your family, live like a lotus flower. Even while doing your business etc. continue to remember Me. Just as a lover and beloved continue to remember one another, one is the lover and the other is the beloved. Here, it is not like that. Here, all of you are the lovers of the one Beloved for birth after birth. The Father never becomes a lover. You have been remembering that Beloved in order to meet Him. When you experience greater sorrow, you remember Him more. It is remembered: Everyone remembers Him at the time of sorrow and no one remembers Him at the time of happiness. At this time, the Father is the Almighty Authority, the One with all powers and so, day by day, Maya too is becoming a tamopradhan almighty authority. This is why the Father now says: Sweet children, become soul conscious. Consider yourself to be a soul and remember Me, your Father, and together with that also imbibe divine virtues and you will become like them (Lakshmi and Narayan). In this study, the main thing is remembrance. You should remember the highest-on-high Father with a lot of love and affection. It is that highest-on-high Father who will establish the new world. The Father says: I have come to make you children into the masters of the world. Therefore, now remember Me and the sins of your innumerable births will be cut away. The Purifier Father says: You have become very impure and this is why you must now, remember Me and you will become pure and the masters of the pure world. People call out to the Purifier Father. Now, the Father has come and so you definitely have to become pure. The Father is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness. Truly, there was the pure world in the golden age and so everyone was happy. The Father says once again: Children, continue to remember the land of peace and the land of happiness. It is now the confluence age. The Boatman is taking you from this side to the other side. It is not just a matter of one boat, but it is as though the whole world is one big ship and He takes that across. The Father explains to you sweetest children: Consider yourselves to be a soul and remember the Father. You too can engage yourself in the Father’s service. On Godfatherly service. The Father Himself comes to make you into the masters of the world. Those who make effort very well are called mahavirs. It is seen who are the mahavirs who follow Baba’s directions. The Father’s order is: Consider yourself to be a soul and see others as brothers. Forget that body. Even Baba doesn’t look at bodies. The Father says: I look at souls. You have the knowledge that the soul cannot speak without a body. I too have entered this body, I have taken it on loan. A soul can only study through a body. Baba’s seat is here (on the forehead). This is an immortal throne. A soul is an immortal image. A soul never grows bigger or smaller; a body is small or big. The throne of all the souls is the centre of their forehead. The bodies of all are different. The immortal throne of some is of a male and of others, it is of a female. The immortal throne of some is that of a child. The Father sits here and teaches you children spiritual drill. Whenever you speak to anyone, first of all consider yourself to be a soul. I, the soul, am speaking to my brother so-and-so. I am giving him the Father’s message: Remember Shiv Baba. Only by having remembrance will the rust be removed. The value of gold is reduced when it is mixed with alloy. You souls have also become valueless because you souls have become rusty. You now have to become pure once again. You souls have now received the third eye of knowledge. Look at your brothers with that eye. By looking at others as brothers, your physical organs will not cause mischief. If you want to claim your fortune of the kingdom and become a master of the world then make this effort. Give knowledge to everyone considering them to be your brothers and then this habit will become firm. All of you are true brothers. The Father has come from up above and you have also come from there. The Father is doing service together with the children. He is giving you courage to do service. When a child has courage, the Father helps. So you have to practise: I, the soul, am teaching my brother. It is the soul that is studying. This is called spiritual knowledge which you receive from the spiritual Father. Only at the confluence age does the Father come and give this knowledge: Consider yourself to be a soul. You came naked and then adopted that body here and played your part of 84 births. You now have to return home. Therefore, consider yourself to be a soul and have the vision of brotherhood. You have to make this effort. You have to make effort for yourself; what does it matter to you what others do? Charity begins at home. That is, first of all, you have to consider yourself to be a soul and explain to your brothers and the arrow will then strike the target very well. You have to fill them with this power. Only when you make effort will you claim elevated fruit. You also have to tolerate a little. When someone tells you wrong things, just remain quiet. When you remain quiet, what can the other person do? Only when there are two hands can you clap. If one says something and the other one remains quiet, the first one will naturally become quiet. When the two hands clap (when there is conflict) there is sound. Children have to benefit one another. The Father explains: Children, if you want to stay in happiness constantly, become “Manmanabhav”. Consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father. Look at your brothers, souls. Give this knowledge to your brothers too. By your instilling this habit, the criminal eye will never deceive you. Look at the third eye of knowledge, the soul. Baba too only looks at you, a soul. You have to try to look constantly at the soul alone. Do not even look at the body. When conducting yoga, if you consider yourself to be a soul and continue to look at your brothers, good service will take place. Baba has said: Explain to your brothers. All brothers claim their inheritance from the Father. Only once do you Brahmin children receive this spiritual knowledge. You are Brahmins and you are then going to become deities. You are not going to leave this confluence age. How else would you go across? You are not going to jump there. This is the wonderful confluence age. So, you children have to instil the habit of staying on the spiritual pilgrimage. It is a matter for your own benefit. Give the Father’s teachings to your brothers. The Father says: I am giving knowledge to you souls. I am looking at only souls. When a person talks to another he looks at his face. You speak to souls and so you must only look at the soul. Even though you give knowledge through a body, you still have to break the consciousness of the body. You, the soul, understand that the Father, the Supreme Soul, is giving you knowledge. The Father says: I look at souls. Souls also say: I am looking at the Father, the Supreme Soul. I am receiving knowledge from Him. This is called the exchange of spiritual knowledge of souls with souls. The knowledge is in the soul. Knowledge has to be given to the soul. This is like power. When your knowledge is filled with power and you then explain to anyone, the arrow will strike the target. The Father says: Practise and see if the arrow strikes the target or not. You have to instil this new habit and then the consciousness of the body will be removed. There will be fewer storms of Maya. You won’t have bad thoughts. You will not have a criminal eye. I, the soul, have been around the cycle of 84 births. The play is now coming to an end. You now have to stay in remembrance of Baba. It is only by having remembrance that you will become satopradhan from tamopradhan and become a master of the satopradhan world. It is so easy. The Father knows that giving children these teachings is His part. It is not anything new. I have to come every 5000 years. I am tied in this. I sit and explain to you children: Sweet children, stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance and your final moments will lead you to your destination. These are the final moments. Constantly remember Me alone and you will receive salvation. With the pilgrimage of remembrance, the pillars will become strong. Only once do you children receive these teachings to become soul conscious. This knowledge is so wonderful! Baba is wonderful and Baba’s knowledge is wonderful. No one else can ever give it. This is the highest on high clan of you Brahmins. At this time, your lives are invaluable and this is why you have to look after those bodies. Because of being tamopradhan, the lifespan of bodies has continued to reduce. The more you stay in yoga, the more your lifespan will increase. With your lifespan increasing, it will become 150 years in the golden age, and this is why you have to look after your body. Do not think that it is a puppet of clay, and so it doesn’t matter if it finishes. No. You have to keep it alive. This is an invaluable life. If someone is ill, do not be distressed by that one. Tell him to remember Shiv Baba. The more remembrance you have, the more your sins will continue to be cut away. You have to serve that one so he continues to live and remember Shiv Baba. Children have to have courage to be destroyers of attachment. You instantly have to become conquerors of attachment. You have found the unlimited Father and so you have to claim your full inheritance from Him. Baba has explained to you children to keep your chart. What did I talk to Baba about when remembering Him? How much did I praise Him? How much did I remember Him at the time of taking meals? And then I forgot Him. It is essential to make your stage elevated. You have to become conquerors of sleep. Continue to increase remembrance. Continue to teach others. You definitely have to become destroyers of attachment in this. You also have to forget your old bodies. You now belong to the Father and so you have to remember Him. You have to remember the Father who makes you into a diamond with so much love. Check: Is my nature divine? People are very much harassed by their own nature. Each one of you has received your own third eye, so you have to check with that. Is my remembrance reaching Baba? Remove the defects you have and become a pure diamond. If there is the slightest defect, your value will be decreased, this is why you have to make effort to increase your value. Baba knows that you will reach your karmateet stage at the end numberwise, according to your efforts. Nevertheless, Baba will tell you to make effort. You will be loved by Baba, numberwise, according to the effort that you make. Those who are fragrant flowers and who give happiness to others cannot remain hidden. The Father says to the children: Sweet children, constantly remember Me alone and the dirt will be removed. While remembering the Father, your hearts have to become completely cool. Let the remembrance of the Father harass you. Baba, sweet Baba, You are changing me so much from what I was. Others don’t know what you are becoming. So you have to remember such a sweet Father with so much love. Some mothers who are in bondage stay in remembrance a lot. You can’t tell how they are able to liberate themselves and come to Baba. Other children do not have as much love as the love that they have. They remember Baba a lot and shed tears of love. Baba, when will I meet you? Baba, the One who makes us into the masters of the world, o Baba, when will I be able to meet you personally? In this way, they remember Baba with a lot of love. Baba, the One who removes all sorrow, You have created such fortune for us. You make us into the masters of the world. They receive a lot of power of remembrance. Achcha.
 
To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada. The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.
 
Essence for Dharna:
1. When someone says wrong things to you, just remain quiet. Do not come into conflict (clapping with words) with your mouth. You have to tolerate it. Benefit one another.
2. Practise looking at the soul brother with the third eye of knowledge. Consider yourself to be a brother and give knowledge to your brother. Perform spiritual drill and also enable others to do it. Make effort for yourself. Do not look at others.
 
Blessing:May you be the form of essence and experience stability with the powers of merging and packing up.
There is a huge expansion of the body, relatives of the body and possessions of the body. In order to put all the expansion into its form of essence, you need the powers to merge and to pack up. Merge all types of expansion into the one Dot. I am a dot, the Father is a Dot, and the whole world is merged in the Father, the Dot. To become the dot form, that is, to be the form of essence means to be stable. When you practise stability you can stabilise your intellect wherever you want, whenever you want, in one second.

प्रश्नः-अपनी ऊंची अवस्था बनाने की विधि क्या है? किन मुख्य बातों का ध्यान रखना है?
उत्तर:-
ऊंची अवस्था बनानी है तो 1- नष्टोमोहा बनने की हिम्मत रखनी है। 2- अपना चार्ट रखना है कि बाबा को याद करते समय उनसे क्या-क्या बातें की? कितना समय याद किया? 3- नींद को जीतने वाला बनना है। 4- पुराने शरीर की सम्भाल भी करनी है फिर इसे भूलना भी है। 5- दैवी स्वभाव बनाना है। स्वभाव के वशीभूत होकर किसी को भी सताना नहीं है। 6- सब डिफेक्ट निकाल प्युअर डायमण्ड बनना है। 7- सबको सुख देने वाला खुशबूदार फूल बनना है।

ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र देने वाला रूहानी बाप बैठ रूहानी बच्चों को समझाते हैं। ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र सिवाए बाप के और कोई दे नहीं सकता। अभी तुम बच्चों को ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है। अभी तुम बच्चे जानते हो अभी यह पुरानी दुनिया बदलने वाली है। बिचारे मनुष्य नहीं जानते कि कौन बदलाने वाला है और कैसे बदलाते हैं क्योंकि उन्हों को ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र ही नहीं है। तुम बच्चों को अभी ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है जिससे तुम सृष्टि के आदि मध्य अन्त को जान गये हो। यह है ज्ञान की पीन। सैक्रीन की एक बूंद भी कितनी मीठी होती है। ज्ञान का भी एक ही अक्षर है मन्मनाभव। सभी से कितना मीठा है। अपने को आत्मा समझ और बाप को याद करो। बाप शान्तिधाम और सुखधाम का रास्ता बता रहे हैं। बाप आये हैं बच्चों को स्वर्ग का वर्सा देने। तो बच्चों को कितनी खुशी रहनी चाहिए। कहते भी हैं खुशी जैसी खुराक नहीं। जो सदैव खुशी मौज में रहते हैं उनके लिए वह जैसे खुराक होती है। 21 जन्म मौज में रहने की यह जबरदस्त खुराक है। यह खुराक सदैव एक दो को खिलाते रहो। एक दो की जबरदस्त खातिरी यह करनी है। ऐसी खातिरी और कोई मनुष्य, मनुष्य की कर न सके।
 
तुम श्रीमत पर सभी की रूहानी खातिरी करते हो। सच्ची-सच्ची खुश-खैराफत भी यह है किसको बाप का परिचय देना। मीठे बच्चे जानते हैं बेहद के बाप द्वारा हमको जीवनमुक्ति की खुराक मिलती है। सतयुग में भारत जीवनमुक्त था, पावन था। बाप बहुत बड़ी ऊंच खुराक देते हैं, तब तो गायन है अतीन्द्रिय सुख पूछना हो तो गोप-गोपियों से पूछो। यह ज्ञान और योग की कितनी फर्स्ट क्लास वन्डरफुल खुराक है। और यह खुराक एक ही रूहानी सर्जन के पास है। और किसको इस खुराक का मालूम ही नहीं है। बाप कहते हैं मीठे बच्चों तुम्हारे लिए तिरी (हथेली) पर सौगात ले आया हूँ। मुक्ति, जीवनमुक्ति की यह सौगात मेरे पास ही रहती है, कल्प-कल्प मैं ही आकर तुमको देता हूँ फिर रावण छीन लेता है। तो अभी तुम बच्चों को कितना खुशी का पारा चढ़ा रहना चाहिए। तुम जानते हो हमारा एक ही बाप, टीचर और सच्चा-सच्चा सदगुरू है जो हमको साथ ले जाते हैं। मोस्ट बिलवेड बाप से विश्व की बादशाही मिलती है। यह कम बात है क्या! सदैव हर्षित रहना चाहिए। गाडली स्टूडेन्ट लाईफ इज़ दी बेस्ट। यह अभी का ही गायन है ना। फिर नई दुनिया में भी तुम सदैव खुशियां मनाते रहेंगे। दुनिया नहीं जानती कि सच्ची-सच्ची खुशियाँ कब मनाई जायेंगी। मनुष्यों को तो सतयुग का ज्ञान ही नहीं है तो यहाँ ही मनाते रहते हैं। परन्तु इस पुरानी तमोप्रधान दुनिया में खुशी कहाँ से आई। यहाँ तो त्राहि-त्राहि करते रहते हैं। कितना दुख की दुनिया है।
 
बाप तुम बच्चों को कितना सहज रास्ता बताते हैं। गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते कमल फूल समान रहो। धन्धा-धोरी आदि करते भी मुझे याद करते रहो। जैसे आशुक और माशुक होते हैं। वह तो एक दो को याद करते रहते हैं। वह उनका आशिक, वह उनका माशुक होता है। यहाँ यह बात नहीं है यहाँ तो तुम सभी एक माशुक के जन्म-जन्मान्तर से आशिक हो रहते हो। बाप कब तुम्हारा आशिक नहीं बनता। तुम उस माशुक को आने लिए याद करते आये हो। जब दु:ख जास्ती होता है तो जास्ती सुमिरण करते हैं। तब तो गायन भी है दु:ख में सुमिरण सब करैं, सुख में करे न कोय। इस समय बाप भी सर्वशक्तिवान है। दिन-प्रतिदिन माया भी सर्वशक्तिवान तमोप्रधान होती जाती है इसलिए अब बाप कहते हैं मीठे बच्चे देही-अभिमानी बनो। अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझ बाप को याद करो और साथ-साथ दैवीगुण भी धारण करो तुम ऐसे (लक्ष्मी-नारायण) बन जायेंगे। इस पढ़ाई में मुख्य बात है ही याद की। ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप को बहुत प्यार, स्नेह से याद करना चाहिए। वह ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप ही नई दुनिया स्थापन करने वाला है। बाप कहते हैं मैं आया हूँ तुम बच्चों को विश्व का मालिक बनाने इसलिए अब मुझे याद करो तो तुम्हारे अनेक जन्मों के पाप कट जायें। पतित पावन बाप कहते हैं तुम बहुत पतित बन गये हो इसलिए अब तुम मुझे याद करो तो तुम पावन बन और पावन दुनिया का मालिक बन जायेंगे। पतित-पावन बाप को ही बुलाते हैं ना। अब बाप आये हैं तो जरूर पावन बनना पड़े। बाप दु:खहर्ता, सुखकर्ता है। बरोबर सतयुग में पावन दुनिया थी तो सभी सुखी ही थे। अब बाप फिर से कहते हैं बच्चे शान्तिधाम और सुखधाम को याद करते रहो। अभी है संगमयुग। खिवैया तुमको इस पार से उस पार ले जाते हैं। नईया कोई एक नहीं, सारी दुनिया जैसे एक बड़ा जहाज है, उनको पार ले जाते हैं।
 
बाप मीठे-मीठे बच्चों को समझाते हैं अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करो। तुम भी बाप की सर्विस में लग जाओ। आन गॉड फादरली सर्विस। बाप ही तुमको विश्व का मालिक बनाने आये हैं। जो अच्छा पुरुषार्थ करते हैं उनको महावीर कहा जाता है। देखा जाता है कौन महावीर हैं जो बाबा के डायरेक्शन पर चलते हैं। बाप का फरमान है अपने को आत्मा समझ भाई-भाई देखो। इस शरीर को भूल जाओ। बाबा भी इस शरीर को नहीं देखते हैं। बाप कहते हैं मैं आत्माओं को देखता हूँ। बाकी यह तो ज्ञान है कि आत्मा शरीर बिगर बोल नहीं सकती। मैं भी इस शरीर में आया हूँ। लोन लिया हुआ है। शरीर के साथ ही आत्मा पढ़ सकती है। बाबा की बैठक यहाँ है। यह है अकाल तख्त। आत्मा अकालमूर्त है। आत्मा कब छोटी बड़ी नहीं होती है, शरीर छोटा बड़ा होता है। जो भी आत्मायें हैं उन सभी का तख्त यह भ्रकुटी का बीच है। शरीर तो सभी के भिन्न-भिन्न होते हैं। किसको अकाल तख्त पुरुष का है, किसका अकाल तख्त स्त्री का है। किसका अकाल तख्त बच्चे का है। बाप बैठ बच्चों को रूहानी ड्रिल सिखलाते हैं। जब कोई से बात करो तो पहले अपने को आत्मा समझो। हम आत्मा फलाने भाई से बात करते हैं। बाप का पैगाम देते हैं कि शिवबाबा को याद करो। याद से ही जंक उतरनी है। सोने में जब अलाय पड़ती है तो सोने की वैल्यु कम हो जाती है। तुम आत्माओं में भी जंक पड़ने से तुम वैल्युलेस हो गये हो। अब फिर पावन बनना है। तुम आत्माओं को अब ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है। उस नेत्र से अपने भाईयों को देखो। भाई-भाई को देखने से कर्मेन्द्रियाँ कब चंचल नहीं होंगी। राज-भाग लेना है, विश्व का मालिक बनना है तो यह मेहनत करो। भाई-भाई समझ सभी को ज्ञान दो। तो फिर यह टेव पक्की हो जायेगी। सच्चे-सच्चे ब्रदर्स तुम सभी हो। बाप भी ऊपर से आये हैं, तुम भी आये हो। बाप बच्चों सहित सर्विस कर रहे हैं। सर्विस करने की बाप हिम्मत देते हैं। हिम्मते मर्दा... तो यह प्रैक्टिस करनी है। मैं आत्मा भाई को पढ़ाता हूँ। आत्मा पढ़ती है ना। इसको प्रीचुअल नालेज कहा जाता है। जो रूहानी बाप से ही मिलती है। संगम पर ही बाप आकर यह नॉलेज देते हैं कि अपने को आत्मा समझो। तुम नंगे आये थे फिर यहाँ शरीर धारण कर तुमने 84 जन्म पार्ट बजाया है। अब फिर वापिस चलना है इसलिए अपने को आत्मा समझ भाई-भाई की दृष्टि से देखना है। यह मेहनत करनी है। अपनी मेहनत करनी है, दूसरे में हमारा क्या जाता। चैरिटी बिगेन्स एट होम अर्थात् पहले खुद को आत्मा समझ फिर भाईयों को समझाओ। तो अच्छी रीति तीर लगेगा। यह जौहर भरना है। मेहनत करेंगे तब ही ऊंच पद पायेंगे। कुछ सहन भी करना पड़ता है।
 
कोई उल्टी-सुल्टी बात बोले तो तुम चुप रहो। तुम चुप रहेंगे तो फिर दूसरा क्या करेगा। ताली दो हाथ से बजती है। एक ने मुख की ताली बजाई, दूसरा चुप कर दे तो वह आपेही चुप हो जायेंगे। ताली से ताली बजने से आवाज हो जाता है। बच्चों को एक दो का कल्याण करना है। बाप समझाते हैं बच्चे सदैव खुशी में रहने चाहते हो तो मन्मनाभव। अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करो। भाईयों (आत्माओं) तरफ देखो। भाईयों को भी यह नालेज दो। यह टेव (आदत) पड़ जाने से फिर कब क्रिमिनल आई धोखा नहीं देंगी। ज्ञान के तीसरे नेत्र से तीसरे नेत्र को देखो। बाबा भी तुम्हारी आत्मा को ही देखते हैं। कोशिश यह करनी है सदैव आत्मा को ही देखें। शरीर को देखें ही नहीं। योग कराते हो तो भी अपने को आत्मा समझ भाईयों को देखते रहेंगे तो सर्विस अच्छी होगी। बाबा ने कहा है भाईयों को समझाओ। भाई सभी बाप से वर्सा लेते हैं। यह रूहानी नॉलेज एक ही बार तुम ब्राह्मण बच्चों को मिलती है। तुम ब्राह्मण हो फिर देवता बनने वाले हो। इस संगमयुग को थोड़ेही छोड़ेंगे, नहीं तो पार कैसे जायेंगे। कूदेंगे, थोड़ेही। यह वन्डरफुल संगमयुग है। तो बच्चों को रूहानी यात्रा पर रहने की टेव (आदत) डालनी है। तुम्हारे ही फायदे की बात है। बाप की शिक्षा भाईयों को देनी है। बाप कहते हैं मैं तुम आत्माओं को ज्ञान दे रहा हूँ। आत्मा को ही देखता हूँ। मनुष्य-मनुष्य से बात करेगा तो उनके मुँह को देखेगा ना। तुम आत्मा से बात करते हो तो आत्मा को ही देखना है। भल शरीर द्वारा ज्ञान देते हो परन्तु इसमें शरीर का भान तोड़ना होता है। तुम्हारी आत्मा समझती है परमात्मा बाप हमको ज्ञान दे रहे हैं। बाप भी कहते हैं आत्माओं को देखता हूँ, आत्मायें भी कहती हम परमात्मा बाप को देख रहे हैं। उनसे नॉलेज ले रहे हैं, इसको कहा जाता है प्रीचुअल ज्ञान की लेन-देन, आत्मा की आत्मा के साथ। आत्मा में ही ज्ञान है। आत्मा को ही ज्ञान देना है। यह जैसे जौहर है। तुम्हारे ज्ञान में यह जौहर भर जायेगा, तो किसको भी समझाने से झट तीर लग जायेगा। बाप कहते हैं प्रैक्टिस करके देखो तीर लगता है ना। यह नई टेव डालनी है तो फिर शरीर का भान निकल जायेगा। माया के तूफान कम आयेंगे, बुरे संकल्प नहीं आयेंगे। क्रिमिनल आई भी नहीं रहेगी। हम आत्मा ने 84 का चक्र लगाया। अब नाटक पूरा होता है। अब बाबा की याद में रहना है। याद से ही तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बन, सतोप्रधान दुनिया के मालिक बन जायेंगे। कितना सहज है। बाप जानते हैं बच्चों को यह शिक्षा देना भी मेरा पार्ट ही है। कोई नई बात नहीं। हर 5000 वर्ष बाद हमको आना होता है। मैं बंधायमान हूँ। बच्चों को बैठ समझाता हूँ मीठे बच्चे रूहानी याद की यात्रा में रहो तो अन्त मते सो गति हो जायेगी। यह अन्तकाल है ना। मामेकम् याद करो तो तुम्हारी सद्गति हो जायेगी। याद की यात्रा से पाया मजबूत हो जायेगा। यह देही-अभिमानी बनने की शिक्षा एक ही बार तुम बच्चों को मिलती है। कितना वन्डरफुल ज्ञान है। बाबा वन्डरफुल है तो बाबा का ज्ञान भी वन्डरफुल है, जो और कोई बता न सके।
 
यह है तुम ब्राह्मणों का सर्वोत्तम ऊंच ते ऊंच कुल। इस समय तुम्हारा जीवन अमूल्य है इसलिए इस शरीर की भी सम्भाल करनी है। तमोप्रधान होने कारण शरीर की आयु भी कम होती गई है। अब तुम जितना योग में रहेंगे, उतना आयु बढ़ेगी। तुम्हारी आयु बढ़ते-बढ़ते 150 वर्ष हो जायेगी सतयुग में, इसलिए शरीर की भी सम्भाल करनी है। ऐसे नहीं यह तो मिट्टी का पुतला है, कहाँ यह खलास हो जाये, नहीं। इनको जीते रखना है। यह अमूल्य जीवन है ना। कोई बीमार होते हैं तो उनसे तंग नहीं होना चाहिए। उनको भी बोलो शिवबाबा को याद करो। जितना याद करेंगे उतना उनके पाप कटते जायेंगे। उनकी सर्विस करनी चाहिए। जीता रहे, शिवबाबा को याद करता रहे।
 
बच्चों में नष्टोमोहा बनने की भी हिम्मत चाहिए। फट से नष्टोमोहा हो जाना चाहिए। बेहद का बाप मिला है तो उनसे पूरा वर्सा लेना है। बाबा ने बच्चों को समझाया है चार्ट रखो। बाबा को याद करने समय बाबा से क्या बातें की? कितना बाबा की महिमा की, भोजन पर कितना समय याद किया, फिर भूल गया। अपनी अवस्था को ऊंच बनाना बहुत जरूरी है, नींद को जीतने वाला बनना है। याद को बढ़ाते जाओ। औरों को सिखलाते जाओ, इसमें नष्टोमोहा जरूर बनना पड़े। पुराने शरीर को भूलना पड़े, बाप के बने हो तो उनको ही याद करना पड़े। जो बाप हमको हीरे जैसा बनाते हैं उनको कितना लव से याद करना चाहिए। अपनी जाँच करनी है मेरा दैवी स्वभाव है? मनुष्य को स्वभाव बहुत सताता है। हरेक को अपना तीसरा नेत्र मिला है, तो उससे जाँच करनी है। मेरी याद बाबा तक पहुँचती है? जो डिफेक्ट है उनको निकाल प्युअर डायमण्ड बनना है। थोड़ा भी डिफेक्ट होगा तो वैल्यु कम हो जायेगी, इसलिए मेहनत कर अपने को वैल्युबुल हीरा बनाना है। बाबा जानते हैं कर्मातीत अवस्था तो पिछाड़ी में नम्बरवार पुरुषार्थ अनुसार आनी है। फिर भी पुरुषार्थ कराने लिए तो बाबा कहेंगे ना। नम्बरवार पुरुषार्थ अनुसार ही बाबा को भी प्यारे लगेंगे जो औरों को सुख देने वाला खुशबूदार फूल है, वह छिपा नहीं रह सकता। बाप फिर भी बच्चों को कहते हैं मीठे बच्चे मामेकम् याद करो तो मैल निकल जाये। बाप को याद करते दिल एकदम ठर जानी चाहिए। (शीतल हो जानी चाहिए)। बाप की याद सतानी चाहिए। बाबा, मीठे बाबा, आप हमको क्या से क्या बना रहे हो! और तो कोई जानते ही नहीं तुम क्या बन रहे हो। तो ऐसे मीठे बाबा को बहुत लव से याद करना है। कई बाँधेलियाँ बहुत याद करती हैं। पता नहीं कैसे अपने को छुड़ाकर आती हैं। उन्हों का जितना लव रहता है उतना और बच्चों में नहीं। एकदम बाबा को याद कर स्नेह में ऑसू बहाती हैं। बाबा आपसे कब मिलेंगी! विश्व का मालिक बनाने वाला बाबा, ओ बाबा कब आकर सम्मुख मिलेंगी! ऐसे बहुत प्रेम से बाबा को याद करती हैं। सभी दु:ख मिटाने वाले बाबा आप ने कितना हमारा सौभाग्य बनाया है, आप हमको विश्व का मालिक बनाते हैं। याद का भी बल उनको बहुत मिलता है। अच्छा!

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-
1) कोई भी उल्टी बातें बोले तो चुप रहना है। मुख की ताली नहीं बजानी है। सहन करना है। एक दो का कल्याण करना है।
2) ज्ञान के तीसरे नेत्र से आत्मा भाई को देखना है। अपने को भाई समझ भाई को ज्ञान देना है। रूहानी ड्रिल करनी और करानी है। अपनी मेहनत करनी है, दूसरों को नहीं देखना है।

देह, देह के सम्बन्धों वा पदार्थो का बहुत बड़ा विस्तार है, सभी प्रकार के विस्तार को सार रूप में लाने के लिए समाने वा समेटने की शक्ति चाहिए। सर्व प्रकार के विस्तार को एक बिन्दू में समा दो। मैं भी बिन्दु, बाप भी बिन्दु, एक बाप बिन्दु में सारा संसार समाया हुआ है। तो बिन्दु रूप अर्थात् सार स्वरूप बनना माना एकाग्र होना। एकाग्रता के अभ्यास द्वारा सेकण्ड में जहाँ चाहो, जब चाहो बुद्धि उसी स्थिति में स्थित हो सकती है।
